Programs 

Our programs include instruction in soft tissue work, static stretching, activation techniques, dynamic movement, linear and lateral speed and agility, explosive power, functional strength training and conditioning.

The workouts are progressed over 3 – 4 week phases. Each week/phase will progressively become more difficult if the athlete processes the proper training techniques. Our systematic approach to strength and conditioning allows are clients to attain their goals in a safe manner. We want everyone to move well.

In-season programs

In-season programs consist of 2 – 3 workouts a week. These programs are specific to the athlete and their in-season schedule. Practices, games, and health status are all taken in consideration prior to each workout. These programs allow the in-season athlete to maintain and slightly increase their strength throughout their season.

Off-season programs

Off-season programs consist of 3 – 4 workouts a week. These programs are created to increase the athlete’s speed, power, and functional strength. Numerous testing techniques will be administered during each phase of the program. A true off-season is where an athlete makes the largest improvements. 

Adult Functional
Strength Programs

 These programs are designed to get you not only to move, but to move well. You begin each workout with soft tissue work, static stretching and a dynamic warm-up. Then you proceed into a functional strength program, which is based on your training level. These workouts can be private or in a small group setting.
